·Introduction
In this activity, we did as teacher of one room activity for one day. To arrive this item, we did a lot of things: think and choose the activity, fill the instruction booklet, search plenty of exercices about the activity that we choose, the beatiful and corresponding music, practice a lot, do it in the real situation and evaluate.

-What types of modifications did we make?
The types of modifications that we did before the representation is a few exercises that we recognised they are too difficult because not everyone has the same flexibility, stamina and weight. Consequently, we deleted them and we stay with the rest. What's more, during the session, we made 2 changes in 2 exercices because we knew that they were repetitive and, finally, all the people would become bored, tired, angry and not feel like it. Also, we had anticipate that we would do again (two times) the series but it didn't come of true because we did only one time for each serie. Basically we became too nervous and finally we didn't have conscience about the time.
-The feelings, things that we liked, improvements...
First of all, we felt very strange because since that moment we hadn't been being as teacher again. Before the representation, we said that we wouldn't be nervous but finally the nervous took over us but we could control it. We were too relaxed, too insecure and with a lack of practice and these are the reasons why we didn't do the series two times and we didn't be waiting for the time. In addition, it had been a little bit hard to teach the people because there were a lot of people talking, half-sleep, who didn't want to participate or cooperate and pay attention. Importantly, we had to bear the common bad reviews from our students but they didn't affect us and we continued with our programme.
Secondly, I liked to make the lesson plan template because it implicated a organization and make an effort between pairs. Also I liked to show my partners what is exactly the yoga because since then I just knew that they knew how to be relaxed and lose the stress or anxiety. That is to say, the useful of this indoor activity. Let's not forget that thanks this I lost one part of my shyness, I could meet more my schoolmates and I was able to connect with the others.
Finally, my improvements are be waiting for the time, that is to say, review the time, don't be too nervous and shy, practice more with my partners and don't put things that I don't know the meanings but if it's necessary to put it, I have to search the definition.

-What have I learnt with this activity?
First, I have learnt a lot of fitness activity that I can do thanks the visit in the CEM COLOM because it's important to do exercise in my ages and in this site I had some ideas from my project. After that, in the part of creation the lesson plan template I learnt to distribute the work although one of the pair worked more and search the correct music for the session. Next, we knew how to control the nervous, speak loud in public, lose the timidity, be orgnaised, without matter the criticisms of the other, help the other, put ourself in the teacher of Physical Education or teacher of gym.
